3. Arrange Viewings

Once suitable properties are identified, we organise convenient viewing appointments. Our team will guide you through each property and highlight key features, helping you make an informed decision.

4. Submit An Application

When you’ve found the right home, you can formally apply to rent it. We’ll guide you through the process and explain what information and documentation are required to move forward.

5. Referencing And Approval

Your application will then go through standard referencing checks, including affordability, credit history, and landlord references where applicable. We manage this process efficiently to minimise delays.

6. Tenancy Agreement And Deposit
